The 2021 Brunello di Montalcino Tre Querci is characterized by a youthful ruby-red color, opening with pleasant aromas of wet stones, fresh cherries, thyme, and toasted incense. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and savory, with notes of blood orange zest, a bright streak of acidity, and chalky tannins that lend it structure all the way through the finish. It should improve further with another six months in the bottle and offer intense enjoyment for the next ten years or more. Best enjoyed between 2026 and 2038.
